Our website uses only strictly necessary (functional) cookies. These are required for the site to work and do not require explicit consent under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

• pll_language: Remembers which language (Turkish or English) the site is shown in. It is kept for 1 year.
• Administrator session cookies: Used only for authorised staff who log in to the site’s admin panel; they are not stored in visitors’ browsers.

On the contact and appointment forms, Cloudflare Turnstile security verification runs to stop automated software (spam) from misusing the forms. It loads only on pages with a form and is required for security.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any similar visitor-tracking or advertising tools. If such tools are introduced in the future, they will run only after you give your explicit consent, and this policy will be updated.

Third-party content

• Google Maps: The location map on our pages is an image hosted on our own server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). The interactive Google map loads only when you click the “Show interactive map” button; Google may then use its own cookies. The “Get directions” link takes you to the Google Maps website.
• YouTube: The videos on our Videos page are provided through YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube content is loaded and YouTube may use its own cookies.
• WhatsApp: The WhatsApp button is only a link; clicking it opens the WhatsApp app or website.
• Fonts: The fonts on the site are served from our own server; no connection is made to a third-party server for this.
